Groups will meet at the Friends of Black Rock-High Rock's Visitor Center Store at 320 Main Street before carpooling to Fly Ranch.
If you are flying into Reno, you will need to rent a car in Reno to travel the 107 miles to Gerlach, which takes about 2 hours. Coming from Reno, you will be driving East on I-80 to Highway NV-447, where you will get to see lots of open range, and will be passing through the towns of Wadsworth, Nixon, and Empire before reaching Gerlach.
